Harness the Power of Your Perfectionism

How to engage perfection paralysis without feeling out of control, even if uncertainty makes your palms sweat.

Coming Soon!

When perfectionism is in control, we inch forward in life. All kinds of opportunities are inhibited or not available to us because we can’t get out of our own way. Creating deep connections with other people, having the freedom to use our unique gifts in the world, and spending our time doing things that offer us meaning are all subject to perfectionism’s stronghold.

In this course, we will dive deep into the root causes of perfectionism. Using the myth of Medusa as an enlightened pathway, you will see how to approach perfectionism differently. With a deeper sense of understanding, you will learn tools you can use to free yourself from the grip of perfectionism and gain even more control in your life.

This course is for you if . . .

  • Perfectionism gives you permission to procrastinate.
  • You are attached to the need to be and in control all the time.
  • You are ready to have more freedom, ease, and confidence.

You will walk away knowing . . .

  • When control is good, when control can harm, and how to know the difference.
  • How to dialogue with your inner perfectionist so it no longer controls your life.
  • How to step into the messiness of imperfection and live a life that’s all you.
